The way my jaw dropped when Dalinar drop kicked Elhokar in the chest……I’m speechless

Seeing Kaladin walk away from the Shardbarer and Shallan eat the strawberry jam were awesome chapters. I don’t think this is the Sanderlanche yet but I feel the plot quickly ratcheting up in pace and I’ve got like 400 pages left so who knows how this things gonna end.

Issue No. 1 was really intriguing. Setting up The Wound Man as the killer is a really interesting concept. I’m looking forward to seeing how this younger Batman develops along side the mystery.

My first read through, I didn’t really pay attention to the interludes. But now that I’m paying lots more attention to them, I can’t wait for more. They’re so exciting and fun. Seeing how the world of Roshar spins outside of Kharbranth or The Shattered Plains is the much needed breather I need here.

Also I’ve now finished Part Two and am about to begin the second Interludes🎉

I could read another 2000 pages of just Chasmfiend battles and I’d be one happy camper. I think they are my new favorite monster out of a fantasy novel. They’re just so cool.

I’ve reached the first milestone. The end of part one gives me chill when Kaladin regains hope and decides to take charge of the bridge crew. Syl asking for “one more try” makes me misty-eyed because everyone has stood at the edge of the Honor Chasm before and we’re here because we gave it one more try.
