The level of detail in the book vs. the show is night and day. The plot of the book is SO much better. It goes wayyyyy more into detail, and Joe is way creepier.

And I'll say it...Beck is hot (yeah, I said it)

The show is much easier to follow because he keeps imagining things and it’s hard to know what’s real in this book (if you don’t already know what’s going to happen)

OOOOOO it is heating up, and Feyre is still being a Freak, and it is putting her in bad situations.

But also, the entire town is down bad for her.

I am realizing the humans are just racist towards the Fae. I like the build of where this story is going, I have predictions but I will keep them to myself for now.

I can see why people like this book so much; the depth of the story is so much better, and now magic is involved. I really enjoy it so far and honestly have no clue where it is going in the best way possible.

Feyre, surprisingly, is not being a freak; she is actually being smart.

Feyre is just falling for everyone now, and this plot line is giving Anakin learning the dark side powers from Palpatine.

I truly admire how open and supportive she is. She treats everyone with love, regardless of their background or faith, and she treats everyone with the dignity they deserve. I find her perspective on life so inspiring and hope to learn as much as I can from her.

I am VERY excited for this, I LOVE DOLLY!!!

I thought this was just a Beauty and the Beast rip-off, but it evolved into something way more intense. The Graphic Audio version was super engaging, and the scenery felt so vivid. I loved being kept on my toes by the twists and turns; not knowing what was coming next made it great. The ending totally caught me off guard and was easily my favorite part. I wasn't expecting it at all!

So far, this feels like a Beauty and the Beast–style Stockholm syndrome story, but with some people having powers. Overall, it’s not bad. I enjoy the setting and the scene descriptions, and the audiobook is incredible. Feyre is a freak.

I have been convinced to read this because I heard the audio book is fun. I shall give my full review at a later date, stay tuned.
