I’m enjoying the book so far, it has me intrigued. I like the setting as well as the writing style.

Insane plot twist that the wife is alive I’m intrigued to see how that plays into the ending or to the start of the second book

You know a book is good when you’re staying up late to read it. I started this book today at page 32, I’m eating this book tf up.

I love this book. Period. It’s amazing and I love how Mia is able to break Jamesons wall away, just for being who she is. The way she genuinely cares for Franny. The way she stands up for the things that are best for Fran, even when she’s afraid. The way she wants to provide for her sister. I’m enjoying the book a lot I love the characters and the way that the author builds their personalities. I love that our FMC is stubborn and fights for what she wants, even when she’s afraid.

I like the book so far. The plot is taking turns that I didn’t expect. I’m curious to learn about Hermes as well as the gangs that run it. I’m anxious to see what happens when Khalani and Takeshi go into the prison to find Jack.
