audiobook!! this is so good so far

chose to start this over brimstone for now bc i don’t wanna carry brimstone around at work lmao

nothign to do with the book but me physically trying to read this week after my 24 h readathon has = me falling asleep UGH

got this for cheap from audible for black friday so it’s time

was so not feelin this for the first 50 pgs. the integration of comics was off putting for me and lowkey confusing, the FMC is a bit annoying tbh, but now i’m liking it a bit more. i love Kira and Nick so we’ll see where it goes

guys this book is so beyond slow i may have to dnf

why has this been 30% of two sisters fighting over the same man with the same convos and one talking abt how fat she is and how no one can like her bc she’s fat. what are we getting at here

why did they literally not show any of their first month working together to build the tension bc ya alex got JOKES but let’s be real, where is the tension of these so called “enemies”

the way she describes the race of each person is actually making me uncomfy. “(insert name), black,” or “the man is asian, maybe biracial”. why does this feel so weird and performative? is it just me?
