The writing style is very accessible, and it somehow appears to be literary. The imagery is vivid and so far the characters are being explored. Let's see if it will get more interesting. It's not tiring, it feels rather cozy to read.

Hmmm... So far it's okay, I like the concept "a book within a book" the writing is also accessible.

It's starting to get slow again, so I'm going to read another book as a side-read so that I won't be on a reading slump again.

I love the conversation that took place between Sinbad and Franz about punishment and vengeance.

Hmmm... It's starting to get slow again, but I still kinda like how Edmond is slowly being erased in the story, as if he is being reintroduced as a new person like some sort of a rebirth.

Finally had the chance to pick this one up again. The feeling is just so rewarding because even if it has been several months since I first started reading this and stopped at page 200+, I can still vividly recall the events that unfolded in those chapters that I've read. Therefore, I'm not at a loss HAHA. Also, it's getting more interesting now! It's time for vengeance to prevail. 😎😈
