Such a captivating read so far. I feel for Roy, and can see how he is a product of his environment. But I can’t help but wonder if there’s something he’s not telling us. I love unreliable narrators! I also like how the use of prose changes depending on what mindset / part of the story Roy is in, I love when authors use text and dialect as a storytelling device. Hopefully I’ll be able to finish this up today!
