I will go through the short stories. I read Autofac. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's like a twilight zone episode where factories are fully autonomous but have kept going after the war. The people want to regain control over the production but the factories keep producing all their needs and take all available material to manufacture them.

Had a short break from reading. Although I didn't fully understand the popularity of the first book. It felt a lot like a prequel, and I'm sensing that this one is doing something more interesting.
