Lost interest but maybe will try again sometime

I enjoy this book primarily because it is written by a person who I respect, love and miss. Reading this book I can hear her voice in the written word. Grandma Aggie [as many who love her call her] was someone who cared very much for humanity and sentient life and the Earth and honestly tried to make life better for many sentient beings and ecosystems. We will never forget you and trying to be a good human. Love xox

It's a library book. Remembering here to come back to sometime. Well written but I am recovering from these hard past years and a loss and it stirs up some of what needs to rest and recover.

I do recommend but just know what you are up for. ✌🌷🦋🥰🙋‍♀️

I enjoy it. I have to pace myself with stories that include war and things about sadness/grief these days. But I do enjoy and dip into it on tea breaks.

I enjoyed the audiobook very much. It was good to hear about the life of this comedian and actor who I have loved so much. Great stories. Thanks kind sir.

I read this book with our library book club. It was rather emotional for me to read and critique, very moving. Even though not the easiest read I highly recommend. Excellent.

Yet another review where I'm saying I enjoyed this book, read it if you like. 2018 was rather exhausting for so many reasons, but growthful in a basic human manner. This book was one I found after listening to a BBC interview, and I liked Tom's chatting and humor so much, it made me want to read him. I wasn't disappointed and laughed with recognition many times, a very good attribute in a book.

I will get back to it. The story was too sad for the moment, but worth knowing. Witness to those poor women's lives, RIP. So unnecessary, such a sad waste for someone's greed.

Close to the ending, have enjoyed very much. I was happy to find, after previous viewing of many insipid movies of this novel, not "just another love story ". I'll let the reader form own judgments, but I must say that this has much to recommend as antidote to "romance fairy stories" and Hollywood puffery. Excellent Ms. Bronte!

Enjoying. Not feeling especially wordy lately, but I'd recommend this author. Obviously I'm not alone.

I'm really enjoying Ms. Tyler's writing. I especially like getting the chance to hear more from the perspective of different cultures.

Been reading slowly, but finding it very moving especially for the idea of universal Buddhist teachings during tough times. Grateful for these teachers and teachings.

I've generally enjoyed a lot of what is called mystery, crime fiction, historical.
I've read a lot of this to increase my ability to understand violence, but I don't enjoy so much focus on death. This has been a deep learning of my life, being a Second Gen of Holocaust survivors, branching out continual.
