I last read this in 2015 but never finished the series - by the time the third book released, i had already moved. So here I am 11 years years later doing it all over again. I just hope saima of 2026 enjoys this in equal measure as saima of 2015 did.

What was Patrick smoking when he wrote this apologia?

I never thought I'd enjoy graphic audio this much. Tress got me through a 6k in the rain. That's how fun the adaptation is so far

I feel like I've read too many books this month as a result of which I am unable to enjoy perfectly ok books. Its like too much book dopamine.

Sorry Tom. It's not you it's me. But we will make it to the finish line

To be honest this is not a badly written book nor is it boring. But some obamas opinion on some topics are parts I vhemently disagree with which leaves me with a bad taste therefore I am already veering to 1 star.

But at some point, you have to recognize that you have no control over anybody and you have to step back and be ready to catch them when they fall and that’s all you can do. It feels like throwing yourself to sea. Or, maybe not that. Maybe it’s more like throwing someone you love out to sea and then praying they float on their own, knowing they might well drown and you’ll have to watch.

Her son loved her, but she never managed to get him to believe in God, because although you might be able to drum religion into people, you can't teach faith.
