Started off super exciting, so much to learn about salt! Also loved the instant sarcasm against the French. I’m listening to this as an audio book and I’m now at a point where it’s gotten a bit too detailed / bogged down in details, and I don’t enjoy having the listen to all the recipes (which you could skip whilst reading).
