Rachel is 54% done with Vowsworn: Phase One (Book One of the Vowsworn Series)

Considering this series has multiple books, I really want to like it. However, I'm just a little over half way through this first one and I'm still only passively interested. I also am so sick of storylines where characters fall in love after two conversations. So that being a trope included in this story has made it harder to stay interested.
