SUMMARY: At the beginning of the chapter Sadie, Carter, and Bast ended up making it to "The Land of The Dead" so Sadie woke up from her dream to a demon shaped as a blade with many bloodstains. He was the captain of the boat they were on which was floating in mid air. They had to go through a ten meter waterfall, and a ghost village, yet they still haven't arrived to Set... before he destroys the world.

CONFLICT: Character v. Character is the main issue, because Carter and Sadie have to go up against Set. He is building a pyramid that will destroy the world, so they are on the way to see him through the realm of the dead, but they might not make it on time. If they do, they will go up against him, and fight until someone dies. He has sent monsters to them before, but now it'll be face to face.

PREDICTIONS: My predictions that I made have been super accurate, since I've read this book in the past. I predicted that Sadie would have a dream about the Sky Goddess & have a conversation about Set (her son) since he wanted to rule the world. A prediction I have is that Sadie might fight Set alone since Carter hurt his arm while attacking Leroy, if this happens, she might not be strong enough to defeat him.

POV: My book is in 1st person, narrated by Carter and Sadie. They are telling the story of what happened to them, but they are actually at home filming it, not going through what they are saying at that time. That means they already know what's going to happen next, but we are their audience as they are telling the story. I know this because at the top of each page, it says who is currently story telling.

PROTAGONIST: Carter is the main character, and there are a few reasons why. He would travel around the world with his dad while Sadie was with her grandparents so I got to learn more about his life than Sadie's. Another reason is that he talks a lot more than other characters, and he is usually the one to save other characters if they are in trouble. Those are some reasons why he might be considered the protagonist.

SETTING: This book takes place in late December in three places. London, Egypt, & New York. In London they go to Sadie's grandparents house & the British museum. In Egypt, Carter went to the dig site with his dad, & in NY they went to the mansion & another museum. The current scene is the MET in NY trying to escape from serqet, a scorpion lady. Red lights are flashing, security guards yelling, and glass on the floor.

GENRE: the Genre of the book is fantasy. After Sadie and Carters Dad disappeared in the museum, the police arrived, blamed them for the mess, and the destruction of the Rosetta Stone. They talked to the grandparents, and agreed that they were not allowed in the country so they left for New York and stayed in a humongous mansion. The mansion had two rooms for them filled with things that they usually use or like.

This boy named Carter and his sister Sadie's mother died 6 years ago, and a lot has happened since then. Carter travels a bunch with his dad, and Sadie lives with her grandparents in London along with her cat. Their dad hides things, he is very sneaky and suspicious, he has this suitcase that he lets no one see. The dad said he was going to study the Rosetta stone but ended up destroying it for some reason.
