Wonderful book but got to sad and nervous making

Can not finsh this book. The main character is the love child of Bella Swan and Katniss Everdeen. Only less fun than either. Calling this a reimagining of Beauty and the Beast is confusing. As he is hot he just has a mask stuck on.

This one just is'nt flowing as good for me

At this point I'm just glad that Birdie will eventually die of radium poisoning. Allene is by far the more interesting character. A woman wanting to study science against all odds. Birdie is just pretty and everyone loves her for that sole reason. Maddening.
