Yep. Going down an FDR rabbit hole. Yes, I’m listening to 2 FDR audiobooks at once. Don’t judge me.

I’m pausing to finish this til after I watch s2. I’m where s1 ends. I don’t want the book to contaminate the show. I think the show compliments the book well but a bit of extra drama was added in. I want to see where the show takes it first.

I feel like the show is a favorable adaptation. Again with a bit of added drama.

I need to read something happy!

Rereading for banned books week 2024

Not in the right mindset to read this one at this time. There are things I really like about it but I can tell it is in-depth. Kai is a very cool character and I like him instantly. Maybe because I just read Kingkiller and am also currently listening to Stormlight Archive I am overwhelmed with detailed fantasy world-building right now. Putting it aside but will come back to it.

I am Loving revisiting this on audio. What an incredible book 1 to this epic series. I want to get a bridge 4 tattoo.

Geraldyn “Jerrie” Cobb! Like Molly Cobb from For All Mankind. Jerrie was a badass.

This book seems fun but I’m not in the mood for it right now. This was a case of wanting to read it 3 months ago and putting it on hold at the library then. Will come back to it.

I’m so excited it comes with recipes because I want to eat everything described in this book already.
