So far very interesting. It’s bringing me back to the way I felt when I first read her books when I was in elementary school. I feel nostalgia for the way childhood was then—she wrote her most famous books in the 1970s and I experienced them in the 1980s. No screens besides the television which was boring in the middle of the day. Mandatory go outside and wander around time. Being unscheduled.

I love this book so much that I am reading it in short installments to make it last longer.

I love this book so far. It is bringing me back to when I used to watch ice skating - late eighties, early nineties. And soap operas. It has Taylor Jenkins Reid energy.

I am rereading this book as I watch the Nicole Kidman shows, Scarpetta. So far the book is way better than the show.

Amy McMillan is starting Under the Bridge
Should be read by every educator working with middle and high school students. And by parents too. It’s about bullying and toxic friendships and not fitting in and so much more. How did things go so far? I also appreciate the writing style—feels more on the literary side of the true crime genre. She writes about every person involved with depth and humanity. I’m amazed. Liked the TV show but love the book.
