only halfway through and i'm absolutely loving this book. i had no idea of the extent of the impact the Black Hand Society had on america and i don't understand how this isn't referenced more often. or maybe i've just been oblivious. this history is utterly fascinating. one pro tip: DO NOT look at the pictures that are inserted at the 30% mark of the book unless you already know how it all ends. grrrr...

a lot of fun. i enjoy books like this that are set all over the world where i’m frequently referencing google maps as i read. the dialogue’s a bit cheesy but tolerable.

pretty good. many great tips towards the end. the book starts off all rosy and aww-shucks golly jeez wholesome. glad i powered through it though. definitely entry level. no mind-blowing tips or secrets but certainly inspiring. he does a great job of laying it all out.

loving it so far. should be mandatory reading for all adults. it’s making me wish governments incentivized reading and continuous adult learning with vouchers to best buy or walmart. honestly if everyone read and fully digested this book and rolled up into their daily behaviour, the world would be a much better place.

i am tearing through this book...reading it every chance i get. i am learning two to three things on every single page i read. full disclosure, i'm a massive fan of the band...but i think i can somewhat objectively say it's a great 'making of the band' / 'behind the music' story for even non-fans.

but for actual fans, i am declaring this absolute required reading. the insights are incredible. get it today.
