Okay, so I have a problem with over-excessive use of nick names/pet names.
If your chosen term is "Dildo" or something like that for a character, you really need to use that shit on moderation, and completely avoided in serious business situations. Any falling out or confrontation loses its credibility and power when one addresses the other with "Dildo".
