Beautiful

This book is pretty bad. I've switched to audiobook to get through it. (Reading it for class, otherwise I'd have DNF'd ages ago.) I'll give it a proper, considered review once I've finished the book. I know I'm the wrong audience for this book. Cozy mysteries aren't my thing.

DNF a little halfway through. This book never pulled me in. There were clever lines and perhaps one or two chapters that felt substantive, but overall, I wasn't captured by this book.

I enjoyed this one! I kind of guessed the ending but also.. I didn’t quite. So it kept me enthralled until the end. 3.5 stars
