I didn’t expect a book about NASA in the 80s to still be this dull at page 60

Let’s see if there’s finally one Steinbeck book I don’t hate with the fire of a thousand suns.

I'm not proud that Narcos apparently has such a hold on me, but, here I am.

I really really want to love this book but I’m not even halfway through and just want it to be over already

Genuinely can't tell if this is spectacular writing/novelisation or run-of-the-mill fan fiction.

This better be good because I am *so excited*
