This is the saddest, yet most inspiring book I’ve read in many years.

Mr. King is not only the master of characterization, IMHO, his accessible and fantastical premises combine to make enjoyable reads. Tim, the noble night knocker is the kind of man we'd all like to be friends with; and Luke, the gifted protagonist, is a likable, yet believably nerdy kid on a quest.

I've often told other that Mr. King is the Twain of our Time, telling the stories in our voices.

Is Prince Cal Prince Hal from Shakespeare’s Henry plays? Really living the overt classist commentary. The topic of hope’s role in the lives of the poor is intriguing. Very readable, too!

DNF: I take real issue with the outright racism and glorification of violence.

This book really grabbed me. What a compelling, original story.

I hate this book. I’m reading it because I feel like I have to. Kyle equates imperialism with patriotism. This book is proof that the American working class has been brainwashed to believe that defending the oligarchy’s interests is patriotic.

This is a very interesting rendering of Circe's life. Thouroughly enjoyable and informative.

This book is so scary, it should have its own genre: horror/nonfiction.

Like it’s predecessor, the exposition is dense. The reader must focus on the political and cultural minutiae Herbert weaves to comprehend the story. I hope it passed off!
