Wow... this writing, the cardboard characterisation, 'romance', plot.
Even the sexytime feels awfully stilted and hamhanded, directed by a teen. Ewww.

I am unsure how I am going to be able write a coherent review. One star will be a reach. I would compare to a dumpster fire but at least that has the benefit of keeping you warm in the cold.

Purchased for headline and impressive author list - McCaffrey, Lee, Silverberg, Le Guin, Ellison. How can you say no? Also... Dragons!

Quality is a little variable but overall worth reading.

Love the new cover.

Very good bond between the two, highly authentic. Liking the foibles and misunderstandings. Romance feels real.

It's great how they are both quite smart and dedicated, but persist in trying to undermine each other and project belief onto the other.

Story okay but other characters a little undeveloped.
