So interesting, well-written, and important!

OMG I love this.

The terrible irony of reading this devastating story - the decimation of our planet by deforestation - on PAPER PAGES is just occurring to me.

This one's going to leave a mark.

If you put this book into my hands and I had no idea who'd written it, I'd know it was Ann Patchett within the first couple chapters. Her voice is her own, and always a treat to read.

Rereading for book club!

Can't put it down. I can hear her voice in my head. Love, love, love her turns of phrase.

Just checked the publication date...2018. 2018?! How have I never read this incredible book that came out seven years ago? So, so good.

So I am nearly finished this book and it's so great. The characters are completely dysfunctional but I love them, kind of how I felt about Transparent. But I also imagine Sozia Mamet's character from Girls playing Poppy. Can't wait to see how this ends. Brilliant writing.

I hate this book.

Not a book to read when you’re already stressed and depressed. Also hard to follow her jumps back and forth through time; still not sure how it ended.

So disturbing already. I truly fear for our kids growing up like this.
