Chapter 4 - this sounds like Montessori

Oh my goodness.
Toddlers want to do what mom is doing. (WTF about dad?)
Toddler “helps” wrong and dad sends toddler off to mom. (How nice that when dad is fed up he can be done with toddler)

So far not great.
I will listen on but after two chapters I’m not feeling confident in this book.

I’m about one chapter in or maybe the introduction. I’m not a huge fan of the narrator. But Yiddish is an official language in Sweden?! That was surprising to learn

What am I listening to? This is not what I was expecting

I’m about halfway through the book. It feels like I’m reading this woman’s justification to keep gossiping. I’m not relating or understanding what the book is supposed to be

There might be good points but this book is bothering me right now - chapter 4. Right now the author is listing out what, as a parent, feels like a frustrating impossible list. Does he really expect society to just change like this? What is the point of this list?

I finished Apt Pupil and boy was it disturbing but well written

Because they’re not actually simple to execute!!!!
