Having finished the biographies of Washington, Adams, and Jefferson; this was a very introspective look of how they worked together to further democracy. A fascinating read, I would highly recommend to those interested in how our nation came to be.

I loved this and hated it, it’s hard to describe.

I enjoy the writing and characters but am so annoyed by the blatant plot thievery. I’m at the part where Kai is giving her dancing lessons and this is the Mare, Cal, and Maven plot all over again. Including the dance lessons and attending the ball with the other brother!

DNF- this got way too weird for me.

Not super impressed so far but it’s not terrible. This one quite keeps sticking with me though: “Asking for help is a superpower anyone can have but only some people use.” I think I might put it up in my classroom it’s so good

I did not expect the twist in this book at all.

What the heck was that ending?!?! Unexpected but I didn’t like it either.
