I had to exert so much self-restraint on myself or else I'll be reading the whole night and lose sleep and therefore miss the classes the next day ToT that's how much I don't want to part from this book hnghhh

Yes, I'm jumping from volume 1 to volume 5 and yes it's because I want to know what's happening next because the anime left a huge cliffhanger and 7 days to wait for the new episode is just too long ToT

Anyway, it's refreshing to read the chapter proper not in rimuru's pov @.@ but also, maybe that's just on me bcs i haven't read much from this series yet anyway ToT

This ln is starting real funny. I have high hopes!

And that's when I realized: she wasn't embarrassed that she'd made me feel bad. Elizabeth Leefolt was embarrassed to be seen with me.

Been conscious about the kinds of books I'm reading compared to the bunch i see in my feed here these days but 😤 what's important is I'm reading and enjoying!!!! 😤

Finally, I'm reading again!!

Ryoma ate Japanese food again after 3 years ahhh idk but food that tastes like home certainly makes me a bit emotional

He's opening a second store!! Omg

Business is booming!!! And it's interesting seeing new characters getting introduced 😁

The swarm of goblins was nerve-racking!! Over 2000 for the last line of defense?? That's simply outrageous if you ask me!! But ahhh we're glad Ryoma and his slimes were there :D it's somehow bittersweet having to see Ryoma deciding to part from the ducal family and cut off the support from them but really, it also just shows how he treasures his independence. I am so excited to see where his choices take him.

It seems there are so much the anime have left out. And it's nice reading about Ryoma thinking really maturely too. He really is an adult inside.
