I set it down and can’t find it! Finished the first of the four memoirs before I misplaced it.

I interact with Goodreads intermittently and inconsistently.

Great so far. Mixing between listening on audio and reading paper copy.

I am probably hate-finishing this. Not a good thing to do, but I’ve abandoned the last three books I picked up so….
I wish this story was told by a better writer. The writing is repetitive and explicit when it doesn’t need to be, and oblivious in other areas. There’s no room for the reader except when I said, “really?” and “Marisol is in her 30’s, are we sure?” And further facepalming.

Peter Firth is great as reader. I’ve laughed several times. Glances at reviews indicate I won’t be laughing long!

This is amazing, hilarious, witty, truly “delightfully bonkers”. I’m on a mission to figure out @IndiaHolton ‘s other pen names. I don’t believe this is the author’s first book. Can’t wait for the Ides of March!!
