Just finished reading The Sun Also Rises. It reminds me of the Great Gatsby, in the way Brett and the other rich aristocrats use and treat the locals and Jake is the not so innocent bystander chronicling all of the events; like they are their playthings. Glad my introduction to Hemingway was the next novel in this book, For Whom the Bell Tolls.
