(I am also composing a letter to the publisher WW Norton - this is the 3rd copy - I'm holding ever so gingerly - the first 2 cracked spines w/ pages falling out— #1 at page 50, #2 at 200. Luckily my bookstore replaced them, gratis. Additionally there are some over-inked pages. $19. Pulitzer Prize Winner deserves better!)
