Informative and if you have to pick between Harvard and Stanford definitely choose the latter. 😆

Tara Makhmali is 70% done with Conscience: The Origins of Moral Intuition
A thought-provoking cross pollination between neuropsychology and moral philosophy in the second half of the book. The first half is a bit common knowledge at this point.

Tara Makhmali is 20% done with On Loneliness: How to Feel Less Alone In an Isolating World
Thought I’d give this taboo eye-brow raising book a chance despite the fact that others might suddenly start inquiring about my wellness. (I’m good, really.) I’m enjoying it and so far it’s a worthwhile read.

A breeze to read so far. The narrator’s voice is so utterly relatable that one might mistake it for one’s own.

Tara Makhmali is 30% done with The Premonition: A Pandemic Story
Excellent so far! Fast-paced and fascinating. This dives into so many different kinds of public health crises at the outset that show just how quickly public health officers have to move to make life-saving decisions on a dime with very little support. Jaw dropping.
