Eh, this book isn't working for me :(
It's written in third person, but it's mostly limited. But then the author switches suddenly to third person objective at times, and its just not fluid. The plot isn't grabbing me either. Bah!!!

I keep telling myself that I'm going to step away from the romance novels a d read done good old fashion fiction. Buuuut, clearly not. Hope this is a good one!

I read reviews for this book and they were all pretty good. Which begs me to ask: what is everyone reading? Have standards dropped so low in the advent of self-publishing that it is no longer vital that an author know how to use commas? I'll read nearly anything and I ALWAYS finish books I start. But I can't get more than 9% through this. And I've tried three times! The wording is unclear and repetitive. WTH?!?

So, it took me 3/4 of the book, but I finally fell in love with Gabriel. Thank goodness!

So, if I get high, take a stranger out to a field, and make out with them under the stars, will my whole life change too? Sorry for the sarcasm. I actually like this book (kind of, so far), but some of the plot is waaaay out there

I just started this. I'm already not in love with how hoity toity the writing is, but hopefully the story will make up for it.

Well, I couldn't take it. I skipped to the epilogue to end my torment. When an author misspells a character's name, misuses "detrimental" consistently, and doesn't know the difference between "loose" and "lose," it's time to call it quits.

Seriously?!? They haven't even kissed yet! Liberty better drop her V Card soon or I'm going to ... I don't know what I'll do, but I'll do something!

I NEEEED some book recommendations! I've read a few books in a row that weren't tremendously satisfying. Think Beautiful Broken Rules or Pieces of Perfect. Those are the kind of books I"m looking for :)

Anyone know anything about this book? I was hesitant to buy it for some reason, but I was desperate.

Well, I almost had to send a hateful email to Gail McHugh after reading Ch. 18, but I'm all better now and looking for something else to read. Suggestions?
