This book is too good to read quickly!

I'm really savoring and thinking about this book; looking deeper into the examples Prose provides and applying it to my current projects where I can. It's not the type of book I just pick up and storm through (obviously- a year later!).

okay, we've started this for real now.

I loved the essay when he was covering McCain's 2000 campaign for Rolling Stone. Some really astute observations and it was funny. The essay Consider the Lobster was funny because it was supposedly for Gourmet magazine but disturbing- poor little things!

this is my audio book selection. I'm listening while I fold the laundry, etc.

not going fast.

When I realized that this is a children's book, I set it aside. I'll read it with my son soon.
