I might give up on this for now. Rachel’s writing just isn’t good and while I love her characters so much, her writing leaves much to be desired and with the slumpy mood I am in, I don’t know if I want to force myself to read this.

Slowly but surely chugging along with this. I am very much excited to be back in this world. I am just looking forward to getting to the later books in the series. Queen of Shadows, Empire of Storms and Kingdom of Ash are unmatched in my opinion and I can’t wait to get to them!
