I am enjoying this so much and the audiobook is SO good!!!

I fear there are almost too many spicy scenes. Im starting to just skip over them 😬

If I would have started with this instead of Heated Rivalry I probably would have DNFd the series. It just feels all very surface level and insta lusty. Idk its really not my favorite.

Shane and Ilya are elite so reading this after their story feels meh. And yes I know Scott's coming out helps move Hollanov forward but its still a snoozefest.

While I am having a great time there are 2 things that are getting on my nerves

1. The sex scenes are kind of too much not in quanity but like the drama of them. If that makes sense, its to the point where Im rolling my eyes 😂

2. Stop saying solar plexus, wtf even is a solar plexus 😂😂

I literally have 70 pages left and im contemplating DNFing it.

I have Duskbound and The Ascended... whoch i was so excited to read and now.... like im pissed I spent money on them. Do I even attempt book 2 after this.

This writing is honestly really bad... I'm just continuing because everyone says book 2 and their new book is amazing.

The writing in this is um.... not very good. Im going to push through because I've heard the second book and their new book is incredible but ao far this is..... not 😬
