Wow, I didn't expect to struggle that much to keep my attention focused on what is happening. I wonder if it's an issue with the audiobook specifically, or an issue with my overall state of being in pain, exhausted and overwhelmed...
To be fair, I'm also impressed at the amount of things that are told instead of "shown", and feel that way if that makes sense.

I'm having fun

It feels like a mix between The Lunar Chronicles and Six of Crows, but... I'm waiting to get to the end to forge a complete opinion

I'm trying to go through it by reading about 30 chapters each month until the end of the year.

I technically have 2 days to get through this. It's fun enough, but I think reading it just after Wicked Bargain got me a little saturated

I talked with my father about the series, as I remember him reading it when I was a child and the picture (french version, with the Wojtek Siudmak illustrations that fascinated me). He told me that after the first trilogy, he forced himself to finish the series. The tone and vibes are very different from the first 3 books. And I'm very tired lately so I'm struggling to get through it

Is really good. Tbh, there hasn't been a book by this author I didn't like so far.

I don't know if I'll ever finish this book. I guess one good thing is that I have fallen asleep very quickly lately. Another series I regret starting

I somehow just realized, on book 4, that some of the series has alpha wolf content 🤭

Was a bit rusty at first (me or the book, unsure), but I've been fully in it for the last few days where I cannot go to sleep before way past my bed time.

I wasn't sure at first, but I'm fully engaged now.

I'm ready for it to be over. It's not bad, it's just a bit too long (I don't know if it's my own endurance/patience issue or a pacing thing)

I've fallen off the community this year. And tbh, sometimes I miss it, other times, I feel free.
Next year, my only goal will be to continue the series I've started for the most part, but nothing else.
