I just keep starting and stopping this book. It’s not holding my attention. So many unnecessary descriptions and I’ve found myself rolling my eyes at all the designer brand name drops. Like ok.

I can’t stop reading this book. I’m absolutely hooked.

Holy shit I should’ve read the reviews before buying this book. It needs some serious editing as in I’m only 55 pages in and probably half of that could’ve been cut out! But how else are you gonna sell a book if you don’t have pages to fill it up with? Oh and the author comes off as incredibly judgmental

Didn’t finish the audiobook before it was back at the library.

Not sure I’m feeling the two main characters. Or at least not the old vampire guy. Gonna take a break from it and maybe come back to it later

9% in and the French in this book is getting on my nerves.

I’m literally on page 8 and already rolling my eyes. It honestly feels like we’re getting some sort of “hey look at how much I’ve researched about hockey, Quebec, and French” info dump right at the start. I’ll keep reading though

Started out really enjoying this but around halfway through it really started dragging. Hopefully it picks up soon. I’m not really sure how I feel about Tarn and Gard’s relationship either.

I am really side eyeing the amount of sex these two dudes are having without lube or prep. Is this a secret omegaverse book or something?

Rereading one of my favorites because I watched the tv series(and loved it). But man, there’s a reason I’ve been focusing on romance for the past year or two. They’re just easy to read. This book is just…heavy. And I can’t handle reading it for long periods of time like I could when I first read it. I think it’s gonna take me a long time to get through it.

Ok this book is a drag. I’m on vacation with killer allergies and I’m dying and I don’t want to read such a meh book. Especially since there’s no smut. 😠😠😠

I just finished chapter 6 and I’m not liking it. SO MUCH TELLING AND NEVER SHOWING. Holy shit.
