Every time someone likes one of my reviews, my first thought is: "What did I even say?"

I didn't realize this actually loaded into my currently reading, on accident, a few hours ago... I was looking for a book I could add so my feed would say I'm reading EVERYTHING, or ALL THE THINGS... and this was the closest I could find...

Listening to Cordelia dissect/reform Barrayar culture reminds me of that episode of Bones where she considers Jersey Shore a documentary... I can't stop laughing...

I think I'm done flooding you guys' update feeds... this is what you get for friending me (new people)... I do big review dumps about once a month.

Apparently I need to get over this chapter numbering thing... this whole arc gets rid of chapter numbers... Lady of Misrule doesn't even have these chapter names, either... so better enjoy them while they last...

Bit disjointed... probably because it was published as an online serial first... no chapter numbers... some verbal narration early on "Let's leave Marla and her friends for now..."

Also seems to have led to a contradiction, missed in the proofreading:

Page 222: "I haven't told Rondeau about it."

Page 183: *Marla told Rondeau about it.*

Unlike my usual opinion on excessive reminders of the plots of previous books, it's been helpful this time since it's been so long... only complaint is the repetition between chapters about being stuck in Maui...

Basically trying to see what is still functional right now... I can't even comment on discussions anymore because of an error... at least notifications, and every comment registering as new seems to be fixed...

So many cool AI facts sprinkled into this one... I ended up googling an article about DEviaNT (Double Entendre via Noun Transfer), the program that can identify opportunities to tell "That's What She Said" jokes...

Huh... I'm ahead on my reading challenge... I thought I was behind... that's what I get for not keeping track the last few months...

Not sure how much I flooded my update feed this morning restructuring my bookshelves, but I'm done now...

I think this is my last Cassandra Palmer read... this audiobook is really making me hate Cassie... being an ostrich with her head in the sand isn't stopping bad things from happening...
