Wellll, this ish escalated quickly. Not sure how I’m feeling about this book right now.

54% into a sports romance, and it’s the first time either protagonist is actually doing something sports related besides working out with teammates.

I don’t know why this mobile grooming is annoying me. But $60 for a huge dog? My little dogs cost $100 each with the mobile groomer. I would think an LA mobile groomer would cost more than one here. I know it’s something little, but annoyed I am.

Ok. The part with her letting him in the mobile grooming van and explaining everything is annoying me. Is it because he’s a celeb that she’s doing it? We use a mobile groomer for our dogs, and they take them at my front door, and go to the van. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am liking this book. But a lot of the inner dialogue of the heroine is soooo repetitive. Demi, we know no one makes you feel nerves and butterflies like Rowan. You don’t have to tell us every time he’s near.
