Interesting to hear how the black people of South Africa were being treated even in the decade of 1980 - 1990. But honestly his relationships with the girls are boring... Who cares...

Eve doesn't break the laws usually. Just in every book she uses Roark's computers and finally his breaking of the laws.

I already do not like the language. I do not find that it transfers me back to the Roman time, but to modern day USA. Not even Britain.

Reading it slowly, but this is rather an encyclopedia, than a normal book. It reminds me reading my university books.

Oh Norway is one of my favourite countries and its natural beauties are incredible. This chapter reminded me the Maelstrom close to Bodo, which we were watching mesmerised for quite some time. But why communities that are so active for the big picture of preserving their environment, do not see the small picture of their town? The bays are full of plastic garbage...

Norway is an amazing country and the Lofoten are beautiful, but why would somebody want to go to the western peak, through mountains and absolutely nothing in the middle of winter? Why not do this excursion in the summer?

After a chapter about mushrooms and the company of Merlin Sheldrake and a dive in the underground city of Paris, came a chapter about exploring underground waters. And these stories reminded me why I fear diving, although I am a diver.

Hmm I am really wondering if this book gets interesting some time.
