Cute how each parent told the kids to treat new partners with respect.

The notes on the vinyl cases are so cute. I love how these are the link to old memories between the two. A chapter goes from the current to a thought of the past.

“How do kids break our hearts, put them back together and then teach us how to be good human beings again just by virtue of their own virtue?”

Caring for the mother would have been tough on the family. There are wounds there.

I need to try remember to make notes as I read the story. In the first 36 pages the author sets the tone between the two main characters and the family. Excited to see how the story will develop.

The next book club book!

Really enjoying the dual point of view. The point of view from in space is so captivating. Then the other point of view how everyone knew each other and how it’s so difficult for the space bad points of the mission.

To think gods are in the sky that to question the meaning of life you’d find in space or maybe you just become more attuned to wanting back to earth to be with family and friends

I had forgotten that stars are based on gods. I am intrigued to review if all constellations are gods. Are they only Greek gods.

Had a lovely day reading out in the sunshine. The book is getting better with another chapter of the present day which has the suspense when the other chapters is the astronaut training times.

They have now proceeded to start on astronaut training. There is so many characters introduced in the short span it’s tough to keep up.

So far in my 40 pages I feel the story is heavy on the technical. I am actually saying to myself am I reading this now to finish the book… there is a long many pages to go. Maybe it’s after reading CoHo book I was not prepared from some semi romance to nasa engineering

A fine line of information versus story. An astronaut or NASA engineer or enthusiasts should be able to pick up the book as see nods to the technical. However people who don’t know should also be able to pick up the book and learn from the information given in the book. With a wonder to read up more on space.

I have once read books before heavy on the informational side, there needs to be a nice blend. A blend of giving the reader an informational boost and a story. It’s a fine line that must be made.

I have now since started the book. A wild opening which has us gripped to read more to find out what got all characters to that point. However 42 pages in and I’m thinking this is more a learning curve into space and NASA.

I wanted to start reading this book after the most recent mission into space. I was interested to read a book of space and more so a woman navigating a heavily male field.

I’ve had this book sitting on the shelf since buying last year with a book voucher I had running out. I thought what book could I buy from Waterstones that I really want. One I could justify paying Waterstones prices. I thought after hearing about atmosphere I’d use the voucher for this book.

Really enjoying the start of a new case for the Thursday Murder Club. This story is so captivating. This is my car listening.

I am feeling like it’s starting to drag on. Kenna and Scotty are growing closer however. I feel like this was one of Coleen Hoovers romance books.

Started listening to this book on the drive to and from work. Really enjoyed how the same characters have been kept in the book. Interesting start with a story nod to the title of the book.

Loving listening to this audiobook in the car and out walking.
