Reading any Tijan book with a sports theme requires acknowledgment of several things:

1. Tijan does not know anything about sports.
2. Tijan will not do any research on the sport featured in her book.
3. If you, the reader, know anything about that sport, you must forget it when you turn the first page.

This is very fun and also very bad.

I cannot be reading the same book as all of the people who left 5 star reviews.

I’m about to know every detail about this man. Why does the hook contain every stat he ever recorded? It’s in the weeds a bit :(

The villain is dead but there’s still somehow 2 hours left to read.
