I haven't read this one in YEARS. I always considered book 4 my least favourite, but I' think this might change? I hope so, at least, cause I'm really looking forward to diving into this.

Do I dnf this or not? I am interested in the story, but I'm kinda over the characters.

So I'm about 25% through the Iliad now and I am surprisingly REALLY enjoying it. I have always loved greek mythology, but I was also intimidated by the original texts (or their translations I should say), but once I got used to the writing and more familiar with the names, I'm loving it.

Okay, I'm doing it. This is my 2018 reading goal: Finally reading The Iliad and The Odyssey.

honestly, as much as it is mentioned in the books, I am absolutely dying to read 'Hogwarts: A History'. Why is that not a thing yet?

this is already the third time I'm tearing up... this book, man...

well... page 65/66 is missing. I mean, there is evidence that it was ripped out but, like... WHY? what did I do to this poor book? On the other hand, because this copy is so old and beat up and in german, this is finally a good reason to buy a new, english copy.

I have read this one so many times, my copy is pretty beaten up. poor thing...

loving this so far tbh. chapters 5 and 6 were boring as hell, cause I just do not care for geology or paleontology, but other than that (especially chapter 7) this is a lot of fun

I enjoyed my reread of the duff so much, I'm gonna give this old fave a second visit, too =)
