😂😂😂this book might get five stars based on that prologue alone 😂😂😂

The first 50% dragged a bit because … well who wants to read about her dating a guy she isn’t going to end up with? And a jerk at that? Plus the dad thing was sad. But once Liv and Connor decided to start dating????? This is so cute. And happy. I’m smiling for real. I hope no drama comes to ruin it…

No, Jasper. She did not act bravely. She acted foolishly just like she said. Dumb note.

Why do women always do the dumb thing?? Who leaves all the information in a note?

This is entirely predictable and yet everything I would want in the book. 🥹

The Gents series is connected to this already long double series turned triple series??? Now quadruple series???? Good gracious, I thought I was nearly done…

I just read the book description and I am already disappointed. I have high expectations of this book… and a marriage based on scandal is decidedly NOT what I was hoping for. 😩

I am also tired of “Father’s” absolute perfection (and every other parent’s absolute horridness.Seriously… are the Jonquil parents the only good parents out there? It’s just not believable.) It seems to me like all the issues with these boys stems from their misinterpreting their father’s nuggets of wisdom.

I am tired of the women always being so right in this series. I wish there was more of a mix of them being wrong and called out for it… in this and all romance stories to be honest.

I do not like Sarah yet. 🫤😒

I am two pages in and this lady is driving me crazy.

I just could not go through with this again. The first book I’ve re read that I didn’t like. Yay for me and growing up in my book expectations, I guess?

This is not getting better.

So much information thrown at me, so little story to enjoy. And when there is story… Kelsey is telling it and she’s making me eye twitchy.

Continuing on strictly because I gave this 5 stars eight years ago and I’ve never read the fifth book I waited so long for.

It appears my reading preferences have grown up since I last read this. Not sure I’d finish if I read it for the first time today. Seriously hoping there is more to the story than Kelsey talking to herself the rest of the book.

Rare that I like the heroine so much.
But I really like Lucia.

Oh gosh. Does she end up with Avery?! I thought this was a Sebastian kind of book for sure. Mentally preparing myself for who knows what now!

This book is starting out as amazing as I hoped it would be.

I don’t tend to give up on series. So I will finish this. But this is just. The worst.

About half way through and something is finally happening!

You don't find Seth manipulative but Roark is a liar?! Smile is obviously the least intelligent of the Christiansens.

"He lied." Really? Do you go around telling people your net worth, Amelia? Or divulging your painful memories to people you just met? This girl is young and dumb. I say she deserves Seth. Let Vivie have Roark.

Um... do I have to finish this one? How does Raina not get it? The thing is, she thinks he's this gentleman and is trying to do better than before, but it's the same type of guy as before too. "Building a life with Monte." Good grief... you've known him for three weeks and just had a baby. Back it up.

Hating Raina. I do not see how I will be happy with the outcome of this one. But that's the great thing about this series... I have very little doubt that I won't like it!

There's a lot of Casper and Raina in this book, especially considering they have their own story! But I like it!!

These books are getting me super pumped for Owen's story. Man that guy needs some help. And I'm pretty sure Susan May Warren will deliver a good story for him.
