So far, this appears to be the elusive "vanilla menage" I have been searching for all my life. But I'm only at 51%. There's still time for it to fall apart.

The typos and errors are distracting. Embarrassingly bad. I’m enjoying the story but formatting/editing gets an F.

Rereading to see if I still hate it as much as the first time.

This is my first Tule book and I'm very impressed with the writing. This is what I would call a "gentle" little book, with very little conflict/angst/tension, but it's sweet nevertheless.

On pg 36. All that’s happened so far is them eating cookies, drinking coffee, and complaining about the weather. I’m bored.

It's Joanne Fluke's Raspberry Danish Murder. *fist pump*

Just wondering why in almost every cozy mystery, there's a murder, and then about 10 seconds later, the characters are all...Hey, let's get a coffee. I don't need super-realism, but still. That's sort of weird, right? Like, SOMEONE WAS JUST MURDERED IN THE FLOWER SHOP! PEOPLE!

The story is excellent so far. But the typos are jumping out at me. Hmm.

Re-reading this one. I actually bought an ebook version since I had to chuck out my old paperbacks due to mold/mildew in the basement! Dayan is sort of the beta-hero Carpathian, and I like this "gentle" take on the Dark Series.

This has a very strong vintage vibe, complete with politically incorrect hero. Finding the story refreshing and fun and engaging. Like it a lot!

I'm at 65%, and this is the most unromantic romance novel I have ever read. I'm so disappointed. I've been looking forward to this book. I sure hope the end of the story picks up. :^(
