On page 107 there is a small blurb of anti-Mormonism which I'm sure would turn most LDS individuals off from reading any further. But not me. There is a wealth of knowledge in this book and to know that this path was taken by someone who was a non-believer searching for truth and in the end found something more, does my heart good. I am of course not done with this book yet so "To Be Continued."

Loving this new book.. bit of an easier read than what I been reading lately.. which is a nice break from having to think too deeply.. very excited to put into practice what I'm learning.. can't wait to have a garden and room to roam and grow..

Just finished learning about the third chakra. The chakra of transformation and individualization. Super interesting.

Been on hiatus for a bit and getting back into reading more. Been reading a chapter every night and finishing with prayer and meditation. I will start a mantra routine once I'm done with this book. I really enjoy his insight and his Christian background is clearly present.

The psychology of chakras is pretty interesting. It's weird cause as I'm reading I can think of specific individuals who may have excessive, deficient or balanced chakras. I really do like learning about energy medicine.

really enjoying the combination of chakras and western psychology.. never was interested in psychology before.. definitely want to read more about it..

Just now getting into this and already excited about what I'm going to learn.

Just finished reading this and I'm going to go back and answer all the questions and put them in my journal. I really enjoyed this and am going to get more into lightwork and energy healing. This is a great motivational and inspiring book.

I really am enjoying this book.. very uplifting and motivating..

Just started this last night.. pretty excited about it so far.. says it's written for the skeptic and believer alike.. ;)

Lots of good information.. if you're interested in doing energy work on yourself this is a good book.. though the information is what I'd consider advanced.. Chakra Awakening by Margaret Ann Lembo is a better place to start if you're new to energy work..

since starting this journey to self discovery and self love I'm always pleasantly surprised at how different yet how similar and relatable each book is.. they all deliver the information in different and interesting ways.. this book has a good start so far.. enjoying it very much..

excellent informational and reference book.. plenty of simple exercises you can do to heal and balance your chakras..

Just finished this and am super stoked about starting this when we get back home.. such an easy read with lots of good solid information and testimonials.. simple to understand and follow.. I seriously think this should be required reading whether you are vegan, vegetarian or omnivore.. everyone should really read this.. ;)

I really am enjoying this book and learning about the auric energy field and how they correlated to health, wellness, happiness and peace.. I love the study of metaphysics and healing..
