I am so consumed by this story

I was fully into the book in the description and couldn’t hit play fast enough at “hot witch priest”

Here goes..

Ok… I Can tolerate a lot of nonsense, but this is awful. I am 12% in and am desperate for the horrible hockey porn/romance I also hate

73% in and what am I reading???

I only have an hour and a half left on audio, so I’ll finish it. However, I am unclear about all the hype around this book…

Ok, been avoiding this for over a year… let’s see if I’m too scared to make it through…

Under 3 minutes in and I’m already furious

Ok, unless there’s a magical element, I’m gonna have a real problem here with the scones. A basic recipe with added ingredients based on each customer is not feasible.

I’m about halfway through and I’ve been stepping away from it to let it sit. I am loving this book so much.

Annnnd it’s starting to get scary

Ok, 54 pages in and I really like the protagonist, Noemi, quite a bit. She’s a little bit Alexis and I love it.

oof... this is a slog. I’ve been taking a break, but will finish it in this calendar year...

This is, without a doubt, one of the strangest books I've ever read. Intriguing, but strange.

It takes a little while to get going, but it's a book that tells 1 big story through multiple characters own stories. Very much my thing.

Seriously love these books - perfect airline reads. To have a 2 hour flight knowing I have over half the book left is the definition of satisfaction.

I usually am a BIG fan of Margaret George's work, but dear lord, this one is a STRUGGLE. I will finish it.. one of these days

I'm listening to the audiobook on this one and am around chapter 50 or so. I can't say that i love the narration choice on this one, but the story is interesting, if a bit slow.

Oh goodness, this book is horrifyingly bad. So close to the end!

le sigh... this is not what I'd call a good book. It's moderately engaging and the premise is a mishmash of a dozen other stories. ALSO, it's the beginning of a trilogy! Not a surprise I like wandering into...
