Enjoyed this mind bending story. Crazy how we can get in our own heads and drive ourselves crazy. Really shows how words can hurt and affect our personalities. From childhood mental and physical abuse to spending adult life caring for person who caused your abuse this story kept you guessing. Loved the use of the shadow character.

Another great Carl Hiadon book for my husband.

My husband read this book and enjoyed the story. He is a real Carl Hiason fan.

Not my favorite Jodi Picoult book. A little unrealistic how easily Allie forgave Cam. I don’t think he was really over Mia. Really two stories going on in this book. Totally support the Mercy killing but the mercy for cheating would take longer than a few days to forgive.

Really enjoyed this story. Looking forward to reading more from Octavia Butler. History and scify all in o e story. Loved reading the commentary at end of book. May be referring back to it for more authors try. Really loved all the strong female characters.

Really enjoyed this book. I have never read the original version by Jane Austen but I have a volume of all her stories and plan to read her version. Emma makes us all look at how we view ourselves and how others may see us.

I just finished The Good Girl and gave it 4 stars. Interesting story. Writing style is different but easy to follow. Do not go to end and read or you will ruin story. It is easy to believe how someone could block out some of Mia's experiences. I found this family to be quite dysfunctional. An intriguing read.
