I’ll update if I finish it but while the book has been a pleasant read, 57% or so hits you with an anal rape scene. Overall it was engaging but not urgently so, I am not sure it’s going to pull me back in after that.

Chapter 4 reads like the preamble to a rape and I am not sure I can move past that to finish this book.
