holy moly. it's all the eras of my reading preferences combined and i can't wait to finish in the AM. like atmosphere but vastly different.

Had my evening of degenerative computer rot for the week and now we are back to reading

Been in the to read forever, prob checked out from multiple libs, but at last here we are

Has sped up a bit/gotten a bit more flowy, the beginning was slow

first of all the cover on this copy from the library is not that scary. second of all these reads are getting me through the exhaustion of the seven days a week grind this presidents day weekend

Why do i pick up these mediocre books!

the first bit gosh was actually very hard to get through should have put it down but now acceptable and cute I suppose and the descriptions of climbing cracked me up

The first half was read curled up in front of the woodstove in a hut in the whites next to an old friend
