Ahhh it's so good. The audio book is great. I love the narration. They bring the characters and their emotions to life. So far, pretty PG lol

I am learning a ton, and really might be able to finish this text of a book haha

This book is really helping me integrate what I know about MI with how I do some of the work I do with teens and their family.

Library took it back. Will be a bit before I can finish it lol

Borrowed from the library, it returned before I finished, I have it again, see if I can finish it before it returns again haha

It's great so far! If you're semi familiar with Motivational Interviewing, it's bridging the gaps for working with where teens are at.

DNF couldn't get into it. I'll try again maybe later.

I'm definitely going to want to read more about some of these ideas. However understanding the immense changes that occur within the brain due to the influence of mood alternating substances and the capacity for long term changes, similar to Pavlov's dog... Our understanding of recovery processes is woefully inadequate.
