I was bored with the, ultimately, repetitive plot. But after a week or so break, it’s delightful to get back to reading it.

The weird bastion stuff in D&D 5e 2024 makes a lot more sense after reading Dungeon Crawler Carl.

If you focus on being instead of the outcomes of being, you those states of being are just how things are, not bad.

The middle section of this book kicks up to the thrill of the first book, but in an appropriately higher level, more complex way.
